  42. Actually, if you have the Syquest cart inside it's padded case, there may
  43. be less chance of damage because of a drop than the Zip.

  45. I've heard other people talk about mailing, shipping, etc., SyQuest drives
  46. (in their cases) without problems.  My first experience was the very
  47. first day I owned my EZ-135, I dropped a cart (in its case, luckily)
  48. three feet to a hard floor.  It has had no problems.

  50. Meanwhile, how sure are you of the indestructibility of the Zip's?  I
  51. don't have any firsthand experience with them, but consider that floppies
  52. are hardly indestructible.  I've gotten a lot of them that have been
  53. damaged by mail.  Usually the shutter locks up.
